Blue suede shoes. I am OBSESSED with these shoes. When I saw them I knew they belonged in my shoe collection. Anthro’s shoes are my weakness. They are extremely unique and always in style.
Since I wore these to work I had to be pretty careful with the rest of my outfit. Loud shoes work better with a more conservative ensemble. (I was also wearing a black blazer.)

“You’re a strong runner. Keep going.”
Last night, I was enjoying the beautiful scenery during my post work run. It was great, however I still had that “I just want to be home” feeling. I picked up the pace (thinking: run faster if you want to get home sooner:)) A typical runner’s thought.
As I was approaching my turn around point a biker passing me yells, “You’re a strong runner. Keep going.” At first, I was confused. Does he think I am about to fall over? But then, I realized it was simply to motivate me. To remind me how lucky I am to be able to run and be strong. To keep going. To move.
Never under estimate the power of your words and how they can touch someone.
Today I realized for the first time, that the secluded hallway (where I never see anyone) that I turned into my catwalk/ moonwalk/ army march/ strike a pose/ two step/ box step/ ball change/ turn to the left/ turn to the right/ cha cha real smooth…..
Has cameras hidden in every corner.
That’s premium business casual trying to make a dolla outta fifteen cents footage.

In our new crib we have half the closet space (small scream). My mom and Doug have tried to convince me to get rid of things. Saying I am a hoarder. And that I have a problem. Erroneous!
So I have decided to commence an exchange program with…. myself. I have wanted this Rebecca Minkoff bag for a while so I have decide to get rid of three bags and buy this one. Genius? I think so. Carry on.
